Appearance: Jesse looks much like his now deceased brother. He's built quite a bit of muscle from his outdoor active work, but he keeps himself well groomed unless he's been out for a long period of time.

Very outgoing and down to earth. Jesse has no issues jumping right into adventure if it comes upon him. Raised one of two boys, twins, he and his brother learned manners quite well and knew when to use them and when it was okay to act out.
HISTORY:
Born right here in Golden Valley, Jesse and his brother Billy were abandoned early on, father dying right before they were born and mother shortly after of disease, the two boys were raised in a group home. Aging out, the two boys went their separate ways, Jesse leaving Golden Valley for an education and a job in law enforcement.
College, it is a bit of a unique thing for some to go that high in education. Most times you either stop when done with school or you have already passed away. Jesse managed to make his way into college before heading into Law Enforcement, so with an actual education and a badge, you could say he was a more smart than most when it came to his work. Travel is most what he has done since being away from home, hunting down criminals wherever he is sent.
Learning quickly in the area of law enforcement in Dodge City as a member of the Federal Marshals, he was sent to look for an outlaw and keep order. Finding it difficult in Dodge which harbored its own brand of lawlessness and chaos, Jesse learned quickly. With the news of his brother dying, Jesse headed for home for home, not sure of what to expect upon his return. One thing is for sure, Golden Valley has changed since his absence all those years ago.
